This wasn’t an easy decision, as I’ve had the privilege of growing into the Senior Technical Program Manager role alongside an incredible team. We’ve shared so much—watching our children grow, celebrating milestones, and supporting one another through life’s ups and downs, all through some of the toughest times. These relationships have shaped me both professionally and personally, and I’ll always be grateful for the experiences we’ve shared together.

 

But now, it’s time to stretch my wings and take on the next great challenge—venturing into the dynamic world of AI and Big Data, where my focus will be on j͟o͟b͟ r͟e͟t͟e͟n͟t͟i͟o͟n͟ a͟n͟d͟ e͟n͟h͟a͟n͟c͟e͟m͟e͟n͟t͟ r͟a͟t͟h͟e͟r͟ t͟h͟a͟n͟ r͟e͟p͟l͟a͟c͟e͟m͟e͟n͟t͟. I’m eager to help shape the future of work, ensuring that AI enriches the workplace, enhances job satisfaction, and empowers individuals in their roles.
